SIP Mode ON for Cloud registered Endpoints.

As of now, SIP Mode is set to OFF for cloud registered Endpoint, even if customer turn in ON, during any Room OS upgrade, it revert back to OFF.

So, please provide the option to keep the SIP Mode ON for cloud registered devices.
