popping up a message when the host is not available in the meeting

When the invited Guests join a meeting and the host did not join yet , we need to have a pop up message stated "We inform you that the session will not open,we hope to wait" ,and this message should disappear automatically when host joins.

Also if it's possible to get a report showing who was waiting in the lobby .
