Disable Q&A from local presenter mode while in classroom setup

When the teleconference device is in classroom setup with local presenter mode, if someone from the audience talks then the device enters Q&A, taking a split image of the presenter and the audience.

We would like to have an option to still use the local presenter mode, but disable the Q&A, so the device always sends the video only of the presenter camera.
