Auto-started group chat during the internal audio conference

We do not need to start group chat each audio conference. During the internal audio conferences, jabber in deskphone mode shows the participants presence and their information in conference window. However, it's not possible to make instant messaging, screen share and file share in the same conference window. In the top window, there is a button to start group chat but it's not user-friendly to start each time this manually.We need to have this capability in each audio conference.BR.
