"Enhancing Readability: Place Decimal In Between Numbers for Improved Phone Number Clarity"

Dear Webex Calling Development Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to suggest a feature enhancement for Webex Calling Control Hub that I believe would greatly enhance user experience, particularly in terms of readability for phone numbers.

Currently, when viewing phone numbers within the Webex Calling Control Hub, they are typically displayed in a continuous string of digits (e.g., 1234567890). While this format is functional, it can sometimes be challenging for users to quickly parse and comprehend, especially when dealing with longer or unfamiliar numbers.

To address this usability concern, I propose the inclusion of decimal points in phone numbers displayed within the Control Hub interface. For example:

Original Format: 1234567890 Proposed Format: 123.456.7890

Adding decimal points between sets of digits provides a visual separation that makes it easier for users to quickly recognize and understand phone numbers at a glance. This format aligns with common conventions for displaying phone numbers and is widely recognized for its readability.

Implementing this feature would not only enhance the user experience within the Control Hub but also contribute to improved efficiency and accuracy in communication workflows for Webex Calling users.
