Not Receiving Copy of Sent Emails for Recordings

The customer is experiencing an issue where they are not receiving a copy of the emails sent to clients when using a group list for distributing recordings. Despite the group list functioning correctly for the clients, the customer does not receive their copy, which they expect to happen. The customer encountered an error when attempting to add their email address to the list, receiving a message that the address was not valid.
