Customer has strongly requesting to fix the edit function on the Webex recording page.

Customer trimmed a cloud recording of an important meeting of their company Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.,

However, the first frame image of original recording was still displayed at the beginning of the edited recorded data.

Although this problem can be solved with local video edit tools,

but the other users can download it when you uploaded the edited recorded data to the recording page.

So the local edit tools are not available due to security concerns.

The BU has acknowledged that this is a known issue,

customer has strongly requesting to fix the edit function on the Webex recording page.
