Customize "Schedule Reports" feature on Control Hub.

The customer is reporting: "It looks like only CH administrators can access the reports for Customer Experience. I would like to create a scheduled report to send to the supervisors of each team in CE, but looks like I can only schedule it to send to myself and there is no filtering for queues or agents when creating the report. Is this possible in Webex?"

  • Having a tool that filters the information from (caller, callee, number, extension, queues, agents, time, date, etc.) for the Schedule reports can be a very helpful feature for customers.

  • The Schedule reports should have the option to send these reports to another user on the organization or an alternative email.

    This feature needs to be added. Admins should be able to schedule reports and send to emails/groups of users. Orgs have departments who require monthly reports, and there is currently no easy way to gather/send reports.
