Email IM message to users while offline

Offline IM has certain limitations of certain number of messages per IM&P node / total number of messages. With the email notifications we can be rest assured the message always reaches the user's email and message is not lost. Cisco Jabber (Cisco IM&P) currently has option to send offline IM when the users are not logged in. Can there be an option to have the offline messages be sent as an email to users.
