If we collect the diagnostic logs from the CH and the Client isVDI, the call Logs are not included.
CH pulls the diagnostic logs from the Webex client.
With a local Webex without VDI, the call logs are included in the bundle. For a Webex with VDI, there are no call logs in the Diagnostic Bundle, which I pull via the CH
