Recently used emoji list should not include never used emoji

Two issues:

1. The recently used list seems pre-populated with a wide variety of emoji. This is misleading / potentially confusing.

The pre-populated list also includes an emoji that typically would not occur / be inappropriate in work contexts and could be misunderstood/misinterpreted - the "face throwing a kiss" emoji.

It might be better to have a separate list of Commonly Used Emoji to avoid such confusion. The current UI strongly implies that everything on the list was actually used at some point by the user, which is simply incorrect. The UI should never present incorrect information.

2. Merely clicking on an emoji in the selector adds it to the recently used list, even if the message is never actually sent. Unsent emoji appearing in the recently used list is also misleading.

Instead, emoji should only be added to the recently used list if they were actually sent.
