Display disclaimer if setup by Customer when user choose closed captioning (like you can do with recording a meeting)

Customer currently has a recording disclaimer appear when a meeting is recorded. This disclaimer ONLY appears if a meeting recording is activated.

They want Closed Captioning to work the same way. When a participant chooses Closed Captioning they see a disclaimer with custom text that is provided by the customer.


Due to not having this the customer has to display a disclaimer for ALL meetings that participants see when the join even if they are NOT using Closed Captioning.
