We need office hours for calling where users PSTN calls will be sent to voicemail outside of their working hours.
For clarity, quiet hours does this, but it also blocks notifications of messages. Users have a requirement to set quiet rules separately for PSTN calls and messaging.
This is possible on other platforms, such as RingCentral (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Setting-your-work-schedule.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US)

whilst this may work. I don't accept this as a solution. the implementation from a user perspective is bad. it is confusing to tell a user to enter their own number, just to be able to forward to voicemail.
additionally, you still receive notifications when calls are forwarded. with quiet hours, you do not get any notifications at all. this is the experience users want. Make this control accesible directly in the webex app.
