Webinar's chat downloadable after meeting

When a Webinar ends, the host cannot download the chat from their user hub if the meeting was not recorded. The chat can be only downloaded if the Webinar was recorded.
We need a feature to make the Webinar's chat report available for download regardless of the webinar being recorded or not.
