Give co hosts and hosts the ability to change settings within an on-going meeting

We (Disney) would like the ability for cohosts and hosts to be able to change settings (like disable mute on entry) as the meeting is on-going.

Zoom has the option to "Join as assistant" where admins can get into the meeting without having to be let into meeting and change meeting settings on the go. This is a feature parity with Webex
