Add webex meetings from outlook should redirect to login page instead of throwing error message " Problem connecting to webex services "

whenever their users are trying to add webex meeting it gives them a error problem communicating to webex services . Later they came to know that the issue arises only when they require to relogin to webex site from webex preferences and they only had concern that in such cases the users are not aware that what they need to do , if instead of the error message it is possible to redirect directly to webex site where it asks to login then that would be pretty much clear to all users .
