Quick Blocking of Telephony Services for Our Customers' Enterprises

Description: Proposal for a new feature to quickly disable telephony services on Control Hub for an entire customers' enterprise with a single click.

Details: Add an option to block all telephony services for an enterprise via Webex with a single click. This feature would allow for a quick response in situations where a client stops paying or terminates their contract, without the need to delete all user licenses or block calls on each site individually.
