Speed dial if updated through MPP phone getting removed

Hi Team,


If customer would follow the steps mentioned in the link below Remove\Assign\Edit a speed dial, changes would be lost after reboot or midnight sync.

This is not a scalable solution if customer would edit their speed dial every day or disable midnight sync. Do we have plans to sync the information edited on phone back to CH so the changes are permanent? Also any other way the end user can do it themselves without contacting Administrators?

    total agree with Jitender, speed dial change (edit/assign/remove) for end user it is very important, like operator user they have speed dial to user A, but user A left office and the number asisng to new user, that they needed change speeded dial on operator desk phone, and this request for lot of end user as well, really happy we have this feature as soon as possiable, thanks!
