Lock the App settings with a PIN in Webex Boards.

The “Manage Web Apps” feature in the Webex Boards lets customers add, delete, and edit Web apps directly from the settings menu. The Customer has been reporting that users have been adding Apps, so they would like to lock the App settings with a PIN so only preferred users can access to "Add Web App" option from the Webex board devices.
