Currently, the retention policy in Control Hub is enforced at the global level and all sites adhere to the parameters set in the organizational settings. Customers in finance, banking, and healthcare need to have the flexibility to set a retention policy per site depending on the nature of their work. For example, training teams can keep recorded content on their site for 3 years while brokers can only keep recordings for 7 days.
