Make Agent State Data - Realtime refresh time customizable

In the Webex contact center management portal, dashboards when we select the Agent State Data - Realtime the refresh time is fixed for 1 min (60 seconds).
for some uses it would be better if it can be customizable to change this refresh timer as it suits the deployment and what customers wants, like they should be able to choose the refresh rate that works with them if they want this refresh timer to get updater in less time.
