Add a button to Push Config (Apply config), reload or reset multiple devices

I think we as admins need this option so that if we make an org. or location level change (such as softkey layout or phone button templane, or even enable call to on prem option or add a location id idigit, etc.), we can easily push this change to all our phones on demand, since as of now option to do that exist at a per-device level, but this is not an option for deployments of 500+ devices, its very limiting and also customer give negative feedback about not having this option since we had this on CUCM
