CS0 QoS marking for Media Node traffic destined for the internet

We are facing a quality problem with calls routed through the Cisco Cloud Media Node. The audio/video packets are by default marked as EF/AF41, which does not make sense for some Internet providers. These providers are remarking the voice/video packets reaching the Internet with CS1. As a result, scavenger traffic is the first to be dropped in case of congestion.

If the traffic were marked as BE/CS0, the audio/video traffic would perform better in a non-QoS/SLA network like the Internet.

If the customer has the ability from the Webex admin hub to change the QoS marking to CS0 for all their video/audio traffic, this could optimize the video/audio quality.

Additionally, it might be beneficial if Cisco could review the default QoS settings for the cloud media nodes, as they are currently marking the voice/video traffic with EF/AF41. In my opinion, a meaningful setting would be CS0 for all Internet traffic.
