Cut-off/Disable Events registration ## minutes after class begins.

We need to be able to cut-off or disable the registration for our events, 15 minutes (or whatever the host chooses) after the scheduled start time.

When someone registers & joins that late, they are missing pertinent information at the beginning of our training sessions.

If someone tries to register after the cut-off time, they get a message (customized by the host) ---- default message could be "This event started at (scheduled start time) and registrations are no longer being accepted."
