While dealing with an email enquiry Agents need to be able to make outgoing calls related to that email. Blended mode is not suitable in most situations.
Agents who handle incoming emails often need to call the emailer back to get clarification on points contained with-in. They cant be set to blended realtime as calls keep coming in on busy queues, which disrupts the agent from understanding and getting back to a releavnt email.
