Time saving for the user's. Instant information about the important customer missed calls. In my previous organisation and in my current organisation, there are lot of user's who always requested to log the missed calls when their line busy trigger was set to 1. Although I know that there is a possibility to CFB to either VM or to alternate number, but user's would like to see the missed calls when they are already on call but the busy trigger is set to1. In my last organisation I was able to convince the user's to use e-mail notification but still they were not so satisfied with the solution. It would be great if we can bring this capability in CUCM.Regards,Amit
We have no plan to implement it in Cisco Jabber, but we will consider it in Cisco Webex App, please migrate to Webex App, if you want this feature
