Ability to use custom AD attributes for synchronization of the Directory URI

This would prevent manual configuration of the directory URI for LDAP synchronized users in environments where Jabber is used in environments where other UC clients are used. In environments where neither the LDAP/AD attributes mail or PrimarySIPRTC can be used as the directory URI it would be prac to allow CUCM to sync with a custom attribute.
