Available Meeting Hours / Working Hours

End users are asking for the ability to set Availability Hours / Working Hours to dissuade other users from trying to schedule meetings outside of their normal working hours. For instance, if scheduling a meeting in Outlook, a meeting participant will show with grayed out times before 9 AM and after 5 PM, with a lunch break from 12-1. The person does not have any active meetings during that time, but there is still an indicator to portray that they still may not be available. We integrate Webex with Outlook, but the availability window / working window does not come over, just the scheduled meetings. Also, our organization uses the Web client for outlook, so we cannot choose Outlook scheduler in the Webex app.
