Update the API to support changing the "Hide from search" security option of an user

On the user management page, under the user summary page, there is a security option to hide a user from the search in Webex.

This option is only available through the Control Hub GUI dans no APIs.

Could you please edit the API to support this option throught the People API and SCIM ?
