Call in from another application

With the new Webex Suite meeting platform the feature for "Call in from another application" was removed, customers would like to have this feature back since they use a different softphone app like jabber for their phone services.

    this feature was recently deprecated without notice or documentation in the what's new. As a solution provider for my internal team, I don't understand why this was required to deprecate. We use CUCM, Jabber, and Webex. We have a call center and use physical phones in the company and the ability to extend the webex services to include the requirement of Call center and executives to use their desk phones and my investment in the Cisco services is not good for my customers. I have gone through support just to be informed, we were not broken, instead Cisco made a decision not to support my company and my team to use services the way WE decide not the way Cisco decides.

    Please consider reinstating this feature before you lose another customer to Teams sooner than not.
