I see that when a supervisor logs into the portal and does skill profile manipulation that the all the active skills are sorted by Skill Name. This makes it easy for our supervisors to find skill and change agents skilling. However this is not the way the accessing skill definitions through Control Hub works and you don't have the ability to sort. We are just rolling out Webex CC and I was trying not to have my supervisors log into the portal and teach them to use Control Hub.
