Users are more likely to be satisfied with the service as issues can be identified (and addressed) quickly. Users generally also appreciate having the chance to provide their input. From an administrator / service owner point of view I would like to see a rating feature added, so end users can both easily and quickly provide immediate feedback on their WebEx experience - in particular quality. E.g. 5 star mechanism seen on Skype / Facebook Messenger. This would also ideally expand to Collaboration Endpoints as well to provide consistency.
