Add a custom audio message for the users with blocked incoming calls and allowed outgoing calls.

Some customers would like to set a custom voice message (Not a Voicemail) that can be played whenever an incoming call occurs as the users are not allowed to receive calls (Incoming calls are Blocked) only to make calls.

For example: Thank you for reaching the example company, please reach out to our main contact center or by email ******@example.com.
