Since the threading in webex text chat is a mess and there may be unread messages separated by acres of log space, please add a keyboard shortcut that jumps to the oldest unread message. It should also switch to the next channel with unread messages.

This type of shortcut has been a staple of text chat systems since IRC was invented, and it's staggering that so few modern chat systems implement it.
