Jabber - Active Control (ix) support

This would allow Jabber VMR users to see a roster list of who is in their VMR and drop/add participants as required. It would be great to have Active Control (ix protocol) support in the Jabber client. Ideally it would be supported via MRA also (which should work given the recent Expressway v8.8 ix protocol proxy updates).thanksAnthony
