Add an option in Control Hub to prevent

Add an option in Control Hub to prevent users Personal Room name

In the Control Hub, under Meeting -> [site] -> Common Settings -> Personal Meeting Room, there is an option to prevent users from changing their PMR URL ("Allow hosts to change their Personal Room URLs") (see picture1.jpg).
We would like the same option for the Personal Room name.

The users can change this information on the Webex site, through : https://xxx.webex.com , Settings -> Meeting -> My Personal Room -> Basic Info (see picture2.jpg)

We are using APIs to synchronize all the users information and when their name change, we update every information associated as well as the personal meeting room url and name.

The users should not be able to change the PMR name.
