Display participants list on Touch 10 for Webex Rooms by default upon meeting join

Similar to being able to see participants in the Webex Meetings App, the participants should be visible by default on the Touch 10. This could be an option enabled from the Webex Ctrl Hub. While this option exists is under a menu which most users wouldnt know to access. The participant list would indicate the same level as detail as the webex meetings app, showing you the active speaker.

    There's some work happening with the incall UI and this changes can be considered
