Full Emoji Version 5.0 Support for Jabber across all platforms

Users would have access to full Emoji set on all platforms Currently Jabber supports a very limited set of Emoji on desktop platforms, and built-in Emoji on mobile platforms. Users on a mobile device however are able to send additional Emoji using the devices inbuilt keyboard.Jabber should support the entire current version 5.0 Emojis to allow full cross-platform Emoji support. This could be implemented using tabbed emoji screen as per Facebook messenger:

    This feature is already in Cisco Webex App, please migrate to Webex App, if you want this feature
