ILBC support for Jabber

Comparable voice quality on poor bandwidth connections comparable with the legacy IPUC applicaiton Any ideas why ILBC codec was dropped for Jabber? it was there in the IPUC but not in the new all singing and all dancing client. We are trying to move users to this new service but some are reporting poor quality on G.729 which is the alternative at this time
