Option to pop pChat room to conversations window

Our users complain that pChat rooms don't pop open in the conversations window. They have to check for notifications and switch toggle back and forth between the Jabber windows to open the pChat room. Ultimately, they miss messages.
Please consider an option/preference to pop the pChat room the to the top of the list in the conversations window.
