Jabber IM Chat Window Custom sizing using Jabber config file

Lot of requests come in for Users/Clients that they need customized IM window on Jabber. I researched a lot and did not see somebody posting about it here. Goal is to add some sort of parameter on jabber-config or something on Jabber options to size or position IM window.
