Jabber notifications

We have users mentioning that ever since V12.7, the notifications are not as prominant, especially when Jabber is closed to the tray. Prior, Jabber would have a number of messages missed in the start menu.

Recommend having Jabber always shown in the task bar and missed messages numbered and also in the Windows 10 notification area.
