Jabber:Forward when Locked

This would give users the option of diverting their calls (to voicemail for example) if they are away or if their PC was locked. Jabber setting for User to activate 'CallFwd' Options when PC is locked. This would give users the option of diverting their calls (to voicemail for example) if they are away or if their PC was locked.
