Have the option to be able to add searched Outlook contacts to groups

This would cut down on duplication of contact data for the user and prevent misdials as people invariably change numbers for whatever reason We have staff that are literally bringing up outlook and copying contacts into Custom Contacts in Jabber so that they can have 1 touch dialing of those contacts. It would be nice to be able to search for a user in the Jabber Contact Search bar and either 1, be able to hit "+" and have that contact in Jabber organized and then linked back to the existing Outlook contact item or 2, be able to hit "+" and have that contact automatically imported sorted into a group as required.
