Customers always find it odd that with a top of the line contact center, they still have to manage phonebooks with csv files. It seems like it wouldn't be too hard to add a UDS option or LDAP with group filters, etc. We are currently in the process of ridding major bugs in UCCX / SocialMiner / Finesse email with Office365 integration as the agents emails just crash. It has been hell going through this process. After the BU stabilizes the issue, I will lookat getting into a demo and price points.
