UCCE should report which party disconnected the call

A common feature missing in the UCCE (HDS) database is which party disconnected the call. The data is available in CUCM CDR records, but can be misinterpreted depending on the phone endpoint being used. Ideally there should be a CallDispositionDirection or CallDispositionEndpoint in the Termination_Call_Detail table.Customers migrating from other solutions are often disappointed this is not available.Jiten
