Unfortunately, this function is not available in the web app (web browser). We have a great wish that this will be adapted.

This came in 40.7, correct?

Not sure why this isn't tagged as "planned" as it is listed in the What's New for 40.7. You can test this now with at least the Android Mobile client as 40.7 is what is the in Play Store now.
Now waiting on the ability for the host to lower a raised hand.

I agree, this would be very helpful. I also think the raised/lowered hands need a better design--it's hard for participants to tell if they have their hand raised or lowered (Hand outline turns blue if raised but remains black if lowered). I recommend having the entire hand turn blue (raised). This makes it easier for participants to distinguish the difference.

A must for the next release as this is already available in Zoom

Yes, other UC platforms have this feature and it is VERY handy to keep collaboration flowing
