Add Speed Dial from Call History

Allow a user to Add a Speed Dial from Call History using SoftKey button "+SpeedDial" or "Add SpeedDial"

Now that Firmware 12.1 and higher allow the 8800 phones to display Speed Dials with the down arrow, it would be nice if the user can quickly add them from the phone without having to log into the Self Care Portal.

The call history has everything it needs, except what SD Slot number you want to assign it to.
So after you press +SpeedDial, it would allow you to pick the SD Slot number assigned to.

If the phones softkey Mobility button can push an update change to call manager, then the +SpeedDial could do a push to Speed Dial Device Config also.
