Can we please get a deep dive on the CUCM 14 upgrade process

Upgrades are a big pain point for large 24/7 organizations with months of planning to properly execute a parallel migration with minimal downtime. It sounds like the new upgrade process for CUCM 14 will greatly reduce that effort.
