Add registration for Meetings Recordings

We can track who has viewed recordings in both Events and Trainings - please add it to Meetings. If attendees watch the recording, it counts as attendance in some programs.

    More customers are asking for this feature. Some of them used to have this option on Event Center and now is gone.
